Every instrument from our authorized brands - Takamine, Vox, Fender, Gibson, Yamaha, Korg, Roland, Pearl, Tama, Pioneer DJ, Shure, Hercules, Sennheiser, and others includes a full manufacturer warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on brand). As official dealers, we handle warranty support directly, so you're dealing with us, not complicated international processes.
Can I try instruments before buying?
- Yes! Visit our Dubai or Abu Dhabi showrooms to try guitars, keyboards, drums, DJ equipment, or whatever interests you. Our team is there to help, not hover. Take your time finding what feels right. For international customers who can't visit, we're happy to provide detailed videos and answer questions via video call.
Do you really ship worldwide?
- We do! We ship to musicians around the globe using express international courier services with full insurance and tracking. Contact us for exact shipping costs and estimated delivery to your location. UAE customers get 1–3 business days delivery. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 3-7 business days internationally).
What payment options do you accept?
- We accept all major international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for international customers. For UAE customers, we also offer cash on delivery and flexible Buy Now, Pay Later options through Tabby and Tamara-split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments or choose longer payment plans. What if I need to return something?
- You have 3 days from delivery to report any issues or request a return, and 14 days total to return any unopened instrument in its original packaging (international customers get 21 days to account for shipping time). If you've opened it but it's not quite right. We want you to love what you bought.
Do you repair instruments you didn't sell?
- Yes, our technicians in Dubai and Abu Dhabi work on guitars, drums, keyboards, and audio equipment regardless of where you bought them. We offer professional setups, repairs, and maintenance. For international customers, we can provide remote troubleshooting guidance.
